How Sound Healing Can Benefit you Physically and Spiritually

Sep 26, 2019

Every atom in your body is vibrating constantly at different frequencies. Every organ in your body has a specific resonant frequency. The head is between 20-40 Hz, the chest wall is 60 Hz, the spinal column is 8Hz. Even the Earth has a specific resonance, called the Schumann Resonance. The Earth’s frequency has been steady at 7.83Hz until three years ago when it began to accelerate to somewhere in the 15 to 25Hz levels.

Have the Benefits of Sound on the Physical World Been Scientifically Researched?

Cymatics is the science of observing the effects sound on liquids or powder. The Swiss scientist Hans Jenny used specialized equipment to observe the geometric shames generated by sound/vibrations on liquids and powders. It is similar to the geometric shapes photographed by Dr Emoto generated by words on frozen water molecules. Our words do really have a physical impact on matter, so saying positive words to a positive effect is being evidenced by Science!

Can Sound be an Alternative Method to Shift the Frequency of the Energy Body?

The Chakras also have specific frequencies, the Root Chakra being 396Hz, the Navel chakra being 417 Hz etc. Hence it makes sense that using certain frequencies may shift the physical and etheric bodies in a positive way. Using Tibetian Singing Bowls, Chimes, Drums etc may have a beneficial impact on your physical and etheric vibrations.
